As our governor and president implement actions to help limit the spread of COVID-19 in America, we at Sniteman Pharmacy will be implementing our own actions to protect your welfare as well.
We will be open for business as usual with normal business hours. To be able to continue to serve this community, we must make our environment as safe as possible for both our customers and our employees.
Our policy of cleaning all surfaces during outbreaks of all illnesses will still be in effect, however we will be even more stringent in our cleaning efforts. We have always wiped down all counters, equipment, and door handles (inside and outside) after customer use.
As of Monday, March 16th we ask that our customers do the following:
Please REQUEST REFILLS of your prescriptions 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE utilizing the following methods:
Call 715-743-3500: press #1 to use your telephone keypad to type in prescription numbers or press #2 to speak directly with pharmacy staff
Login to www.snitemanpharmacy.com. Manage your prescription refill requests securely online!
Download the RefillRx app to your mobile phone. Type in prescription numbers to be refilled or scan the barcode on your prescription bottle!
DO NOT bring your prescription bottles into the store.
To minimize the number of trips to the pharmacy, please call ahead to ensure that your entire order is ready for pick up.
Customers within Neillsville city limits: We will continue to provide deliveries to your home. Please limit delivery requests to no more than once weekly.
Request that your prescriptions be mailed out. NOTE: You will be charged postage unless you are enrolled in our Medication Synchronization Program.
Request that your prescriptions be delivered to your vehicle parked in the back or front of the pharmacy. Please call us from your vehicle to make these arrangements.
We are asking customers to conduct their transactions utilizing CREDIT/DEBIT cards. We would like to LIMIT the amount of cash and check transactions.
Shopping: We are happy to gather over-the-counter items and place them with your prescription order.
Our #1 Goal is to continue to provide our patients with the superior customer service that you have known and expect. We do ask for you patience as our call volume has increased the past few days. We may change procedures and policies as time progresses and we are staying current with the emergency protocols set by insurers in regard to medications being filled early in case of a mandatory lockdown.
We, as a united community, CAN help limit the spread of this disease. Please limit social interactions, maintain a safe personal distance from each other and, most importantly, WASH HANDS frequently.
